At Hub World Travel, we care about people and places. We organize events to raise funds for humanitarian work abroad and at home.
This bike ride is a benefit for the Ethiopia Project, an Oregon based nonprofit that collects new and gently used running shoes in North America and fits them on aspiring athletes within the nation.
HubWorld is partnering with the Ethiopia Project to help get more shoes to those in need. We’ve also started the Ethiopia Scholarship Fund, which will more broadly work to provide educational opportunities to those in need.
It bike ride is scheduled to take place July 25-28, 2008. The cost is $550 USD per person.
